my life motto might have to be "selectively lazy". i ride the elevator down 4 flights of stairs to train for a triathlon. i don't capitalize because it requires a shift key and that's just WAY too much of an effort...but i'll still suck it up and shift for emphasis.

i love traveling. i spent 3 weeks in europe and only planned one thing...which i didn't do. i'm not a planner. i did end up canyoning. and getting a hairline fracture in my arm from a bicycle accident in the italian alps.

i value learning something new every day and those people that teach me things. i want to be a student (in that sense) for the rest of my life. i value diversity as you can learn so much from people unlike yourself.

I have a welding table, welding machine, grinder, etc in my garage. it is all mine. i took up large scale metal art fab for burning man a few years back and have NEVER looked back. you wanna learn a new skill? i can be found in a shop min 4 days a week. please don't write me if geting dirty would be a problem.

overall, i'm very active. i climb (less than i should), play soccer (not much now as i travel a lot for my job), build fire art, run, weld, and snowboard when possible. that said, i really do love the couch and a movie/book on a good rainy day.

living it to the fullest. doing my best to make each day count, while keeping as much as i can in the bank for my next trip!

Got my PADI dive cert in November in colombia. colombia is awesome and totally underrated. diving in australia was good but not as great. headed to nicaragua with a friend next year and the channel islands in january
