I'm in the process of re-discovering myself after some life changing events that caused me to take an honest look at my life and where I was heading. So far I'm excited about what I have been learning. The journey continues......

food: my favorite is korean food, i love all asian food and am open to trying all types of cuisines. I'm all about trying to eat organic whole foods (limiting processed foods) and care about what I put in my body. I'm a believer in you are what you eat!
