I am a revolutionary of the old days. I'm all for the fall of political correctness because these days things are getting too boring, repetitive and predictable.

I have to warn you I am full of clichés if that gets on your nerves. I think logic can be very annoying and should be used only when appropriated - you have to be smart enough to recognize that moment.

I'm only human. I think facts don't speak for themselves although I'm theoretically a scientist. Or will be. But you know... In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. But in practice, there is.

Acho que lógica pode ser muitíssimo irritante, portanto, é algo para ser usado apenas no momento apropriado - e você deve ser esperto para reconhecer esse momento.

Também acho que fatos não falam por si mesmos, apesar de, teoricamente, ser uma "cientista". Ou deveria pretender ser. Mas é como diz o ditado: Na teoria, teoria e prática deveriam ser a mesma coisa. Na prática, são diferentes.

Livros: Todos os livros de Virginia Woolf, mas mais particularmente Mrs. Dalloway e As Ondas. E também Cem Anos de Solidão e Crônica de Uma Morte Anunciada de G.G. Márquez, A Casa dos Espíritos de Isabel Allende, Ciranda de Pedra de L.F. Telles, e As Pessoas dos Livros e Tudo Que Você Não Soube, ambos de Fernanda Young.

Filmes: A lista seria muito grande e ainda assim eu esqueceria de vários filmes dos quais gosto. Num top 10 geral seria algo como: As Horas (definitivamente esse é O Favorito), Repulsa Ao Sexo, Adaptação, O Sol de Cada Manhã, Volver, La Mala Educación, Divinos Segredos, My Summer of Love, 8 Femmes e Dr. Fantástico.

Músicas: Essa SIM seria uma lista enorme. Minha banda favorita é Depeche Mode. Também adoro Cat Power, Blonde Redhead e Portishead. Em linhas mais gerais, fazem meu gênero New Wave, Trip-Hop e Bossa Nova.
Recentemente entrei em contato com Electrelane, Uh Huh Her e uma música de LCD Soundsystem chamada Someone Great, e elas vêm se repetindo muito no meu last.fm.
Também vivo cantarolando I Am Not Surprised, uma música que diz assim:
"I know that you're near,
But I feel alone even when you're here".

Hehe.
