My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am down to 220 lbs this year. Started 2013 at 265 lbs. I am no longer doing a low carb diet but and trying to limit my carbs to a reasonable amount. I'm also running 3 days a week and working out 3 days a week. My end goal is 200 lbs.

I've started travelling more. I want to start going out of the country about once a year. I went to Germany (2013) last year and will be going to Italy and possibly the Caribbean next year (2015).

I love to laugh and I love to see others laugh. I have a very sarcastic since of humor. About 90% of what I say is a joke. This, unfortunately, can throw people off sometimes until they get to know me.

I've recently also gotten my allergies under control to a much greater extent and want to go out and start doing things again like camping, hiking, scuba diving, etc.

I like to cook. I'm generally pretty good at it but there has been a disaster or two. I work best with a small set of ingredients and finding good ways to put them together. I like finding new restaurants with new things to try. I can always eat Asian food of just about any type. You never have to ask if that's an option. I also enjoy Italian, Indian, Mexican, Colombian, Persian and just everyday normal American. I've been eating a lot of BBQ recently. Big Shanty Smokehouse is one of the best in Atlanta. If you have never tried it I would highly recommend it.

Smoking is a no go for me. Sorry, but I'm allergic.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Currently I'm the Manager of the Systems Engineering team for a major web hosting company. Also working hard to continue to loose weight and get in shape.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Most anything I put my mind to. I know that sounds kind of canned and corny but it's true. I'm kind of a jack of all trades, expert of nothing. Ask me to do something and I'll figure it out and get it done. I like being challenged with new things.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
My thoughts are usually all over the place. So no particular thing, but usually a lot of things at once.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Jogging, watching a movie, cooking, sitting at home relaxing and recovering from the week. Occasionally I'll go out to eat with friends. It depends on what's going on.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Just ask.
