I currently live in Beijing somewhere between Xi'erti and Shangdi. I teach English at a small-ish school here. I've only been here for a little while but already love it, pollution and all.

I went to college at the University of Central Florida in Orlando where I studied English literature and minored in psychology. No, I am by no means a practical person.

I taught English in Japan for two years. I lived and worked primarily in Kawagoe, Saitama. Which is super famous for sweet potato everything. You should seriously give their soba a shot if you're ever in the area.

Either out with my friends running amuck. Or...and this is only when I feel like a real party animal...I'll get dressed up in my most fashionable set of pj's, make a hot cup of chamomile tea with brown sugar and a dash of honey. Then I'll curl up in bed with one of those sexy JavaScript manuals. Oh buddy, and I'll read all night.

I'm deathly afraid of hypodermic needles and enjoy acoustic covers of my favorite songs.

You like coffee, macaroni and cheese, sushi, and going to the movies. Or if you think you can beat me in a game of scrabble.

A note to people that use two-letter combinations such as "za" during friendly games: Stop. You are not a ninja turtle and you are not amusing anyone.
