My daughter turned 18 and has moved out. Man the house is quiet.
Time to change this up a bit. First off my daughter comes first and she lives with me 99.9% of the time. She is 17 but she will always be my kitten much to her chagrin ;). But since she is 17 I don't have to have a babysitter and she keeps pushing me to find someone. She's a good kid if she'd just clean her room :p. Raising a girl ain't easy for a guy ;).
Second, I'm a geek as if you can't tell from my pictures. And yes I created the hellboy makeup and hand myself. I've been doing that sort of thing since I was in my teens. I like intellectual conversations. I like watching the stars twinkle at night and talking about whatever comes to mind. People tell me I'm a cross between Sheldon and Leonard from the Big Bang Theory though I'm not that smart ;).
I don't like the body type question on here because I would say I'm more than a few extra pounds but I don't consider myself BBW either. What are we comparing these things to anyway? Some super model? Or Marilyn Monroe? I'd take Marilyn over any of these "hot" stars. As for myself. . . Ideal weight for someone my size is somewhere between 168-192. But this is Oklahoma where Chicken Fried Steak is one of the 4 food groups. So I'd tell you the Average for a guy my age at my height is closer to 250-275. So maybe I am normal. It's all subjective. Unless you're a woman then your expected to look like Jessica Rabbit. Last time I went out with Jessica Rabbit the ink ran. I want reality not fantasy.
I try to stay current on world events along with local news and I tend to devour science type information. While this doesn’t mean if you don’t understand quantum physics (I mean who really understands quantum physics anyway?) that I don’t want to talk to you. But if you can’t carry on an intelligent conversation or haven’t read a book in years then unfortunately I will more than likely have very little interest in you no matter what level of eye candy you are . . . well, unless your some rich, hot actress/singer type but even then I think I would grow bored rapidly.
So what am I looking for in a relationship? I want what my parents have. I want to walk through the mall at 70 and still love the person I am with while holding their hand. I want someone who knows sometimes you need to break the rules to test your world views. I want someone who can hear the darkness call I want someone that I don't feel like I have to always take care of but is a partner in life. I want someone that won't lie to me even if they think that's what they think I want to hear. I want someone who's only crazy on the weekends not 24/7.
So there you have it. That's me in a nutshell. Some foolish romantic who's trying to eat better. Raise his daughter to have some standards in the world. Who likes geek things and tends to put his friends needs first. So if you are looking for someone like that. Here I am.
