***update*** 01/29/12 - Shoulder/Bicep & Deltoid surgery is healing nicely. Strength and range of motion are increasing almost daily
OK - so.... I've been out of the scene for so long I don't know what to do anymore... I don't know when to ask for a phone number or when it would be ok to do it... I have probably missed opportunities and just didn't realize it. I must have lost my keen sense for the obvious a while back. So do I need to have the crap kicked out of me to help me remember how this dating thing is supposed to go? I don't know...
I have all my teeth, don't need to shave my back and my family tree doesn't look like a Christmas Wreath or a stick. I've never been arrested and have only had 1 speeding ticket... I love funny T-shirts. my favorite is one that I had custom letterized (is that really a word?).Anyway it says: "your girlfriend wants me" the women usually laugh and a bunch of the guys get pi$$ed. I just laugh it off. It's just a shirt...
About me: I have 2 kids that I love - they don't live with me but they are with me quite often... If me being a daddy bothers you - thanks but you should move on - it wouldn't work out. I'm a big kid cleverly diguised as a responsible adult until I am with my young-uns... Then watch out - major goofball! People have caught me dancing around like a dork with my kids and i just say: "what?? haven't you ever taken time to be a kid?". I have a son and a daughter... My daughter is Autistic... If you think that you couldn't handle that - again... please just move on... If you have gotten this far please read on to see if you might be interested.
My goals? hmmmm - To be a great daddy/dad & I just want to be happy
Oh! I would love to be able to teach my 10 year old 100 pound Yellow Lab (full of duh... & love) how to feed herself & let herself out when I want to sleep in beyond 7AM.
~I guess I should put in here that I'm allergic to cats... I can be around them for a few minutes & then my allergies kick in - eyes water and itch and the sneezing and stuff.
I don't eat onions or shredded coconut... I can cook with them - but can't eat them guess it's a texture thing or something.
I've been lied to and cheated on... So if you are a liar or a promiscuous cheater - move on. Don't ever want to go through that again.
I like to help people and have a pride in that.
I like rock and roll & a little country. Not a good dancer - seeing me on the dance floor is like watching a bunch of unrelated body parts randomly moving with no rhyme or reason.
So with that said - I'm not really a club person. Have pretty much gotten my partying out of me - but still go out on occasion.
I grew up in a small farmtown in upstate NY called Harpursville. If you've ever heard of it - make me laugh by telling me about it...
I've tried long distance relationships & they just haven't worked out...
I'm a proud USMC veteran... I have tattoos...

Crazy sense of humor and love to laugh and make others laugh.
My job is one where the typical person is a geek...
I like to donate time to the Veterans. Even if it's to just listen to the stories they want to tell.

Redheads scare me... My mother & sister are redheads & I've seen them go from happy to b1tch in under 6 seconds.
My favorite football teams are the NY Giants and whoever is playing against the Cowboys...
Oh - I would prefer to be at least a couple inches taller... Not a deal-breaker though.
You should have a sense of humor - be able to laugh at almost anything - enjoy and appreciate the little things. Like to hold hands and just innocent physical contact (just the touch of a woman melts me and I've missed that for a long time).
