I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Baking. I am a good baker, and a good cook too.
Listener. I can listen your ear right off.
Planner. Although I would love to be more spontaneous I find myself planning things. I think I can partially blame my career for that.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My smile or my hair. Maybe my eyes. But to be quite honest I am not sure.
Some people might notice the quizzical look on my face while I think to myself "What the f**k?!?" It happens. At times my emotions are written on my face.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Stephen King - Under the Dome, 11/22/63; Conor Grennan - Little Princes; Maggie O'Farrell - After You'd Gone; Yann Martel - Life of Pi
Stieg Larsson - The Millennium Trilogy; Jane Austin - Pride and Prejudice and any Travel books (because it means I am usually researching for a trip!)

I like a wide array of movies, and unless it is really bad I will probably watch it and try and think about the people who made and and why they thought it was good.

I also love watching TEDTalks, one of my favourites is by Brene Brown; "The Power of vulnerability" and "Listening to Shame". I would really like to be able to go to a TED conference some day.

I love music, although country does get a very limited play, but I can appreciate some of it. Some bands I have seen live include: Stars, Metric, Foo Fighters, Ben Harper, Matthew Good, No Doubt, Feist. I really love seeing live music.

I love all kinds of food and enjoy cooking. I generally follow a recipe, and like trying out new ones all the time. I enjoy trying out new restaurants as well.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My Phone
Friends
Family
My independence
Sunshine
Laughter
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
My house and how I am going to renovate/decorate it and hoping that it might cost less than I think, but knowing it won't.
I day dream a lot about the future and what that might include...
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I am usually either working or spending time with friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have a hard time talking about myself and my feelings. I take a little while to warm up to people, but I am a really good listener and usually a good judge of character.
