My Self-Summary
How can i say in words who or what i am, so i shall give it a go, i
enjoy the outdoor life either sitting down and watching the world
go by or try something new. i will try anything once, and have the
scars to prove it, but since passing 30 I have slowed down and took
up triathlon, where you jump in to ice cold water swim at least ¼
mile, before sitting on to a bike and try to break to speed limit (
which is possible). The photo was taken at the end of my first half
marathon which felt and worse than I look in the photo.
So how can I explain myself in a few words.

What I’m doing with my life
Apart from working to pay the bill and am improving both my mind
and body, by working toward a degree with the Open University and
Training to complete an Ironman. i do the normal eat, drink and
sleep.
I’m really good at
The one thing that i am very good at is helping people, most of the
time i like to see the enjoyment on the faces on those i have
help.

The first things people usually notice about me
I hope that they say i am tall, dark and handsome, but i think they
would say i am tall, balding and underweight.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
Book.
I have a three large bookshelf full of a books on a number of subject. I enjoy reading and have just been given all 7 Harry Potter books which I have read and enjoyed, but I also have read a number of Dan Brown books including DaVinci Code and Angle and Demons.
Movies.
I don’t often go to the movies but wait from them to appear on the TV, where you can switch the tv off if you don’t like it. I don’t real have any films that I would pay to watch a second time, but if there is a story that can be followed I will watch it.
Music
I have no single type of music that I enjoy but will listen to any this. This can range from popular music to classic music and any type in the middle
Food.
As I have never been abroad my taste in food is purely English so I like the top to British meals a good old Sunday roast and the English version of the curry.
