i have two jobs that barely total full time - baking awesome bread at a local bakery by night and also working as a seafood retail representative, also known as the fish man at the supermarket. i spend time thinking of potential job titles that make this sound better. i engage old folks with random facts about fish and let little kids pet the lobsters before i kill them *(the lobsters)*. i went back and added that in case there was any confusion.
**update: i quit the seafood job. you're just gonna have to dupe someone else into rinsing the ice off the crab legs for you.

somewhat recently back in CT after living in Boston for a number of years where i got some schooling and lots of stump trivia and random work experience under my belt. i'm a culinary graduate and a liberal arts college non-graduate (for now) -- i'm going back in the fall to wrap up a BS in English and hopefully get into teaching. i can cook like the wind and i like to think i'm pretty smart - i just don't have the papers to prove it... yet.
