I'm a mixed bag.....I grew up in the midwest but love city living...I'm a girly girl but I also like sports and am active,I'm excited to catch a few bklyn nets games this season...I play tennis and love to bike...yoga is my thing...still trying to find the perfect studio in brooklyn...although not many can beat a dark wood stilted yoga studio over looking the Caribbean ocean. FALL is my absolute favorite season, I love the changing leaves on the trees and the crisp air....I'm a nerd at heart and am passionate about medicine...be ready to hear stories from the hospital, I find them fun and exciting..some of them can get pretty gross so I hope you have a good stomach...I can cook and bake like a boss. A great night to me is spent over a lovely meal. I love to entertain and spend time with my friends...I'm definitely a social creature. I like to keep busy.....I would say I'm usually on the go or doing something..I'm not one to stay at home and watch TV....but a Saturday morning spent sleeping in is pretty priceless...

I spent the past two years living on a Caribbean island for medical school ... I moved to Brooklyn in June to start my clinical rotations at the lovely Coney Island Hospital. When I'm not working I'm taking advantage of being back in a big city..two years on a tiny island left me craving everything the city has to offer.

Cut Copy, Bloc Party, Feist, Goldfrapp, Kings of Leon, Miike Snow, Zero 7, Shins, Florence and the Machine, Lykke Li, M83, Minus the Bear, Wilco, Arcade Fire, Kanye West, Madonna, NotoriousBIG, Fleetwood Mac and the Talking Heads are other favorite artists.

For books I like to read just about anything. My friends and I had a book club when I lived in Boston so I read a lot of interesting books then. All time favorite book is Anna Karenina, other favorites are the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo series, the Glass Castle, House of God and Chronic City. I'm currently reading Cutting for Stone but can't get into it

Favorite food is anything..... if it has pumpkin in it then its definitely at the top of my list. And I am always down for mexican. I really enjoying cooking and baking so I am always up for trying something new.

Movies... Amelie, Marie Antoinette, Thomas Crown Affair, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Ghostbusters , Annie Hall , There Will Be Blood

Shows...Currently in a zombie phase with the walking dead...others Mad Men,Dexter, Curb your Enthusiasm, Boardwalk Empire, True Blood...I don't have cable so the morning news is my current favorite programming
