I have good values but I'm not prudish or anything. I'm a fairly laid-back guy. I like to have fun, but usually to me that just means hanging out with friends going shopping or playing games or something - I'm not really the party-animal type. I love talking and laughing and generally having a good time.

I try to be a good friend, and I'm not always the greatest at it, but I'm the kind of guy you can call if you need help in a pinch.

When I'm with people that I don't know very well, I tend to be shy and reserved, but if I'm with a group of people I'm comfortable with, I tend to be in the middle of things and probably making a fool of myself while I'm at it.

I tend to make good first impressions, especially with older people, I'm the kind of kid that adults look at and say "now he's going somewhere" (but then they change their mind when they find out I want to be a teacher).

I'm a senior and marine sciences major at Texas A&M University at Galveston.

That I'm short

my favorite book is Perks of Being a Wallflower, by Stephen Chbosky, but my favorite author is Orson Scott Card.

I like different types of music, country, pop, alternative, indie, some hip-hop and some r&b, but no rap or heavy metal. My sister makes fun of me because she says my music taste is too "gay", but I don't care.

I like movies that have strong characters with real feelings but aren't super gory and don't have tons of profanity. I also value humor in movies. I don't watch most rated R movies. My favorite movies are Latter Days, Hoodwinked, Enchanted, Finding Nemo, and Princess Bride.

Food? I'm not too picky, mostly I like normal stuff like hamburgers and pizza, but I'm open for trying new things.
