I just completed a year at the Midwest Culinary Institute and loved it but decided being a chef is not for me. I love cooking but I don't want to work nights and weekends for the rest of my life. So... I took a job working for Kroger. I am the Cheese Master/Manager of a new cheese shop that just opened in the Kenwood Fresh Fare store. It is a partnership between Kroger and a company out of New York Called Murray's Cheese. I also have a BA in Fine Art Photography.

I really enjoy music, although I myself am not musically inclined at all. I enjoy experiencing new cultures through artwork, music and food.

I am sick of meeting shallow and uninteresting people at bars so if you are actually capable of carrying on a conversation about something deeper than the new abercrombie shirt you just bought then send me an email.
