I'm just a simple geek looking for a companion to travel through time and space with.
First off I should note that hugging is a requirement, if you do not like hugging then please move along.
At first glance I'm extremely shy and tend to be a little guarded, but I warm up pretty quickly.
I'm a MAJOR nerd for videogames, movies, and anime, I'll probably fall in love with you if you have a bigger collection than mine. I love the whole going to conventions and dressing up thing but it seems awkward going without any sort of company. Recently a good friend of mine recently turned me into a HUGE fan of camping at the Texas Renaissance Festival so I plan to do that yearly from now on. I could use some company to join me. Kudos if you know anything about sewing costumes or working with metal or leather!
I'm not really a sports person, I'm terrible at playing them and have no clue what's going on when watching them. I prefer to stay active doing things like swimming (Scuba mostly), and hiking.
On a day-to-day basis though I'm usually the oddball, I hate going along with the crowd and will try and to avoid the mainstream of things. I find normal to be boring. You can typically find me running around wearing my trenchcoat or hipppie sunglasses, aside from that my fashion sense tends to consist of mostly camoflauge pants and band T-shirts, I'm pretty easy-going and low maitenance. I'm also somewhat into Gothic stuff and tattoos though it's a recent interest so friends who are into either are preferable.
Currently I'm looking for good friends to go out and do things with, maybe get me to try new things. I'm ok with a great friendship but I will eventually ask you out on a date in the future if we start out as just friends. Ultimately I want a serious relationship, no games, no hook-ups or friends with benefits.
By the way, if you're not interested in meeting in person, move along. I've had too many conversations not go anywhere because the other person was only looking for online conversation with no intention of meeting in real life.
