What I’m doing with my life

I'm originally from Tarrytown, NY, and I attended my undergrad at the Savannah College of Art and Design in GA where I received a BFA in Film and Television with a minor in Illustration.

I'm actively in pursuit of achieving my creative goals; I write, I play music, I make things, etc, etc. – my mind is always at work, and arguably it gets the better of me. Often.

Currently, I'm interning on a documentary in Manhattan about Broadway Theater. I'm ...hoping... to get my foot in the door and find myself some relevant, paid, work.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

David Sedaris is a current favorite, but Arthur C. Clarke will always fulfill my science-fiction cravings. I admittedly have a very short attention span when it comes to books. I love short stories, scripts, plays, articles and essays but reading novels takes me some time.

As for movies, having been schooled in film, I'm bit of a critic, but I still know how to enjoy a movie for the sake of enjoying a movie.

Musically, I have diverse interests, I'm classically trained, but grew up with a punk sensibility and grew a liking for folk and experimental music in college. I ended up liking things in many, many, different genres.

In terms of food, I used to be super picky, now, I'll try just about anything. I also thoroughly enjoy cooking.
