Having read some profiles on here, it always amazes me what kind of
guys women must run into here- is it really so bad when you have to
say "Looking for someone with teeth, a job, a car, lives in his own
place and doesn't want someone to pay his bills"?? If that's the
bar to clear, I qualify for all of the above with flying colors.
NOW- On to what i'm really about!
I like playing cards- poker is a hobby of mine. I sing karaoke too... I like to cook- trying new things all the time- favorite thing to make lately is shrimp and angel hair pasta, although i've been getting into jambalaya lately. I like being out and about- but i spend time at home just as much. I spent 14 years of my life as a mobile dj doing weddings- it's time for me to relax and move on to the "next stage" of my life (whatever that is). I enjoy acting in community theater- I used to do it quite a bit and after a long hiatus I recently took it up again.
What am I looking for... I used to believe that relationships needed to follow a certain path- one that results in marriage. Now, I think I've matured to believe that life is a rollercoaster that should be enjoyed. If two people enjoy each other's company and compliment each other, then it's not something that MUST be progressed to the next level (unless that's what each partner wants out of it)- but rather something that should be enjoyed and celebrated- and that its ok to just enjoy it for what it is.
Is that a suggestion that I'm looking for a casual relationship? Not at all. I'm a passionate person- I'm a giver. I believe in the karma that it brings. I just don't know that every relationship is required to have a plan to be married in order to be enjoyed for whatever it is. No games here, no playing, no lying. I'm just a real deal kinda guy that is being up front with the philosophy I've come to live by.
