My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Where to start? Graphic designer. Comedy enthusiast. Purveyor of geek culture. Collector of hobbies. Maker of puns. Eater of things. Owner of Persian rug-like chest hair.

Like most people, my friends would probably describe me as easy-going, a bit of a smartass, a lot of a dumbass and not much of a dancer.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I just quit my job in order to finally sink some time into personal projects that I had been putting off. It's been a couple of months so far, and I'm happy to say that I genuinely like it! I really missed working on things that I actually care about.

And also napping. Boy did I miss napping.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I've been told that I have the uncanny ability to awkward the shit out of pretty much any situation. It's like a superpower. An incredibly lame and inconvenient superpower. The ladies love it.

Truthfully though, I'm probably not 'really' good at many things but I like to think that I'm a decent listener, an alright cook and an unstoppable force when it comes to playing dodgeball.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
... Are usually wrong. First impressions are not my forte haha.

Movies: Lost in Translation, Heat, Boyhood, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, Barney's Version, Up In the Air, The Dark Knight, the Bourne Trilogy, The Way Way Back, Chasing Amy, Pitch Perfect and le Fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain.

TV: Silicon Valley, Arrested Development, Veep, The Wire, Breaking Bad, Chuck, Buffy, Six Feet Under, New Girl, Firefly and a bunch of others.

Music: Portishead, Massive Attack, Burial, Balam Acab, Daft Punk, DJ Shadow, MSTRKRFT, Blue Sky Black Death, La Roux, The Gorillaz, Florence + The Machine, Purity Ring, The Heavy... I like a bit of everything but I tend to veer towards downtempo and electronica. I'd also be remiss if I didn't mention that I think that this is one of the greatest things ever: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=If5MF4wm1T8.

Books: Ender's Game, Box Office Poison, Le maître d'escrime, The Way of Kings, Ready Player One and - as someone who grew up with the character - I have a huge soft-spot for the Harry Potter books.

Food: I'll eat pretty much anything that's put in front of me but steak, sushi, risotto and deep-fried chicken are probably what I could have everyday if I had to. It wouldn't be a healthy life... but it'd be one worth living haha.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
• My friends
• Some sort of creative outlet
• Travelling
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How a lot of Princess Peach's problems could be solved if Mario just taught her how to jump.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Ideally having dinner and drinks with a few friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
That - despite myself - I think that Kelly Clarkson writes songs that my heart would write if it could. There, I said it.

You love 'Schindler's List' and 'Annie Hall' but still recognize the genius that is 'Pitch Perfect'... Or you think we'd get along regardless.
