My Self-Summary
Right now I spend a lot of energy on my job working for a non-profit community health provider doing IT work. I tend to make my money through computer consulting and occasionally cooking, but consulting work seems to pay the bills a lot better.
I've been working my way through different cuisines and cooking styles. I spent a lot of time working on Indian food, then pizza, then vegetarian soups and stews. This summer I got the hang of the smoker and making some wicked barbecue. I'm thinking about heading to Cajun cuisine next, but don't know for sure.
I also spend a lot of time hiking in the mountains with my dog.
It looks like I'll be in Santa Fe for another couple years and then who knows.
