My self-summary
Living at home to save money on graduate school. Sexy as hell right?

"I don't ask for your pity, but just for your understanding - not even that - no. Just for your recognition of me in you, and the enemy, time, in us all."
--Tennessee Williams

What I’m doing with my life
Acting. Getting my MFA in performance after spending the last 6 years in Manhattan.

Putting myself out there again, properly, earnestly, romantically. Whatever that means.

Writing songs. Singing said songs. Writing other things. Sometimes performing those other things, sometimes giving them to friends to do things with, sometimes crumpling up the paper and forgetting they ever existed.

Spending too much time on the Internet doing things that don't make me more interesting. Blogging and tweeting about European soccer. Bartending or enjoying a beverage. Socializing.

I miss biking. I like swimming. And reading. Searching with loud and desperate futility for balance in all things. Avoiding cleaning or doing my laundry. Etc.
I’m really good at
Waking up at 6 am to watch Italian soccer hungover. Liking things on Facebook. Looking on the bright side. Learning.
The first things people usually notice about me
I'm a bit of a klutz, and I am willing to talk about anything with people I barely know. So you know, whichever comes first.

The six things I could never do without
I can do without most things, including these. But
coffee
stories
a sense of humor
dressing up
great meals
music
I spend a lot of time thinking about
What I am going to eat today and if I shouldn't maybe eat something else. Politics (I am so liberal that my skin starts to burn when I flip the channel across Fox News. just so you know).

Why I'm doing this crazy acting thing, and what it even is.
On a typical Friday night I am
A drink or two or three... some good food, conversation, maybe a piece of theatre or a show or a movie? I guess this would be a better than average Friday night.

Now that I am in full swing with graduate school, most of my Friday nights involve rehearsal and then trying to get a jump on the work for next week
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
hahahahahaha oh Internet you kill me
You should message me if
If you look like Audrey Horne that'd be ok I guess.

You don't make the same face in each of your pictures, and you didn't answer the "6 Things" question super literally ... "Um, like, AIR duh."

Also what's up with all the people that are "laid back" on here? I mean, I'm not manic or anything (in fact I'm pretty mellow) but if that's the FIRST way you define yourself like, yikes.

I like most people, and I like conversation. And I'm usually game to split a bucket of Trader Joe's Crispy Crunchy Chocolate Chip Cookies.
