I would love to meet some new people on here. I like to go
dancing, see live
shows, explore, have an adventure, talk over coffee or
drinks, and just hang
out.
Things to know about me:
I love my family and they are very important to me
I value honesty above almost anything else
I was voted most unpredictable at my job
I teach high school theatre
I don't like yelling, but I also don't like avoiding conflict
I love David Cassidy (deal with it)
I own a pair of hiking shoes and two yoga mats, but I rarely have
time to use them
I love sittin around and watching movies
I think Freud is pretty much full of it, but I like Jung
I give blood whenever I can (I like the idea of sharing my
lifeblood with someone I don't know and forming a sort of permanent
human bond)
I'm really into symbols (i.e. my mother and sister and I all have
matching rings, I feel a connection to rosaries despite the fact
that I am not Catholic, etc.)
I take my faith seriously, but I don't hate gay people, think women
should be silent in church, or want to blow up children in middle
eastern countries (Jesus preaches love, people!)
I believe that we have lost sight of Jesus as a revolutionary and
consider a big part of my faith undermining the empire by actively
living in such a way as to show my allegiance to a heavenly
kingdom
On that note, I don't say the pledge of allegiance for that very
reason
I go to chuck e cheese on my birthday every year
I drink really fast (not just alcohol, everything)
I love ice cream
I'm not skinny, but I'm very active and healthier than most of the
people I know, so I kinda don't care
I love people. All people. Too much.
Anyways...I'm ready to be in a relationship, but not looking to get
serious right away. Hit me up if you want to meet up and hang out.
I teach
theatre,
I'm buying a house, I'm trying to get back into my yoga and break
into the Charlotte theatre scene as an actor. Also trying to find
new places in Charlotte that I haven't seen since I've never really
lived here until now.
Singing, having a good time, carrying on a conversation, adapting
to new groups, staying open-minded, acting, teaching, learning
My smile. I think. That's kind of a weird question. How would I
know that?
