My self-summary
I would love to meet some new people on here. I like to go dancing, see live shows, explore, have an adventure, talk over coffee or drinks, and just hang out.

Things to know about me:
I love my family and they are very important to me
I value honesty above almost anything else
I teach theatre and work with organizations around the area building environments for artistic growth
I take my faith seriously, but I don't hate gay people, think women should be silent in church, or want to blow up children in middle eastern countries
I try to be very aware of where my money goes, so I make a point to try to shop at places that are not undermining everything I stand for as a human being
I go to Chuck E. Cheese on my birthday every year
I drink really fast (not just alcohol, everything)
I love nerdy things (superheroes, zombies, reading, etc.)
I am an artist with a passion for creating innovative experiences that speak truth in the community
What I’m doing with my life
I am the Artistic Director of a performance company I founded and I provide professional development for early education teachers to help them integrate performing arts strategies in the instruction of literacy and math

Singing, having a good time, carrying on a conversation, adapting to new groups, staying open-minded, acting, teaching, learning

I've been told it's my smile.

The six things I could never do without
My family - We're very close
Books - I love learning. It sounds geeky, but it's true.
Jesus - I love me some Jesus.
Performing - It makes me happy and connects me with so many interesting people
Friends - Self-explanatory
My computer - Practically speaking, I literally could not work at any of my jobs without my computer
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Psychology, faith, art, social activism, new things to try, when and where I can dance in an inappropriate place in public (grocery store, clothing store, elevator), social relationships, how to grow the depth and reach of the performance collective I work with
On a typical Friday night I am
Out. Or at least I want to be. With people I like, and with people I don't know.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I trust people too much.
