I'm never sure what to say when given a box to describe myself. You always run the risk of talking too much, or worse not saying enough. I laugh a lot, sometimes inappropriately. I've yet to find a situation I've not been able to laugh at or during. I seem to be spending most of my spare time at the moment on a mix of playing video games, drinking with my friends or just chilling watching DVDs or reading. I feel like most of my friends are unwilling to go on adventures, so anyone game for adventure should not be afraid to get in touch. I am a bit of a comic book geek (all part of the job), but I'm not like the stereotypical ones you see in TV shows and movies - I have the ability to socialise with non-comic book people.

I work in a comic book shop in Glasgow, but I am always on the look out for something more. Trying to figure out where I'm going to escape to, and how I'm going to do it.

I get on really well with new people. I am great at telling stories, be they verbal or written. I love to talk to people, about anything really. I am also great at not taking life too seriously and seeing the funny side in just about everything. Also, daydreaming. I am very good at getting lost in my own thoughts.
I also seem to be quite good at not making a good first impression. Not that I make a bad one, just not a good one. I think odd is the best word to describe it really.

Usually it's my Hawaiian shirts or bright t-shirts people spot first.

Currently I am loving the Game of Thrones stuff, both the books and the TV show. I read a lot of fantasy novels, but prefer the funny stuff, like the Discworld series by Terry Pratchett.

TV-wise I'll watch almost anything that catches my eye with an interesting plot hook. Currently shows like White Collar, Supernatural and Fringe are high up on my playlist, but my two favourite shows of all time have to be Psych and It's Always Sunny in Philidelphia.

My Xbox, my laptop, my notepad, a pen/pencil, my mp3 player and my red shirt (I only say that because I couldn't think of a last thing and the shirt has a lot of sentimental value to me)

a lot of different things really. I have quite the active imagination so my mind can wander all over the place. One time my dad was talking about fishing, and we ended up rambling on for four hours with the conversation ending on the topic of dolphins being the underwater evolutionary equivalent of humans.
