I am an outgoing, caring, and sweet individual. I generally try to see the good in people; though, there aren't always good-intentioned people out there! I enjoy going to the beach, relaxing w/ friends, watching movies at home and at the theatre. I am an animal lover; I have two cats, so patience with fur balls is a must! I enjoy sports, but I like softball/baseball the most. I'm on the short side, but have generally dated tall guys. I work on biological studies of insects for the government and have been doing this for just over five years.

I am looking for someone who knows what they want in life, has met their education goals, and is working on their career. I want someone who can joke around, but also be able to hold an intellectual conversation on the things that matter. This someone should also be open-minded about other's religious beliefs, or lack thereof. Especially in the Texas, many people are very conservative, but as long as you respect other's view points and allow people to believe what they believe in, then I am all for it.

I am on this site to find a serious relationship. Of course, we can start off as friends, but if their is no intention on building on that, then please don't waste our time. I am a little jaded, so please don't take it personally if I don't respond. I have been on this site for a while, but just wasn't ready to actually get out into the dating scene again. I think I am ready now. Let's hope, I am!

I just started working out again. No, it was not a New Years resolution. Finally decided not to be a bum after work! Lol. I was a little too comfortable doing nothing. Just trying to change up my routine.

I'm a really good listener. But, would appreciate to be listened to as well.
