Recently rediscovered the simple joy of: cooking, dancing, gardening, skateboarding, swimming holes, journaling, letting go.
I also enjoy wandering around the bookstore looking for something good to read. There is never enough shelf space or time for all the great books, but that won't stop me from buying more. It's true. Am currently reading a world historical perspective on cannabis cultivation by Martin Booth, but can't seem to finish it. Next in the cue are Junot Diaz, Elaine Pagels, Thomas Cahill, & Juan Gonzalez.
And journaling. Must write in the journal because it is spiritually grounding, plus I will finish that volume of poetry someday soon. Or qualify as a writer, which is a truly awful & horrid fate to befall any person.
