My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I hopped a train to Philly ten years ago with a couple suitcases, a guitar and a trumpet(both of which I still don't really play). I prefer traversing the city on two wheels or two feet and love not having to drive but it's about time to buy a car so I can explore outside the city limits more often. Give me a cabin in the woods on a river and I'll show you how to relax. I finally have a place with a backyard where I love growing my own food and cooking up tasty grub. I prefer the simple things in life but I'm a sucker for high end kitchen appliances and high quality ingredients.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I spend my working hours in the hospitality biz and started taking classes again with the idea of a career change into health/nutrition. Always looking for something new to see or do especially if it involves getting out of the city and into the wild.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Finding the best items on craigslist. Riding in the front car of roller coasters. Staying behind the camera, which I discovered trying to find pics of myself for this profile.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Maybe you can tell me that on our second date.

Thumbs up for all foods, aside from having a passionate distaste for passion fruit and a stupid gluten allergy. (Damn I miss beer). Food is easily my favorite thing in the universe.

Dracula, Physiology of Taste, Insomnia, The Fountainhead, Crazy '08, Breakfast of Champions (Vonnegut, not the Wheaties box), Confederacy of Dunces, Salinger

Documentaries, PBS, Nosferatu, Cinema Paradiso, Botany of Desire, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Dumb and Dumber, Sling Blade, Tom and Jerry, Boardwalk Empire, American Pickers, Game of Thrones, Addams Family.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
green space, body of water, baseball, a good mattress, pork, music
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
No matter what is happening at any particular moment, I can't help but think of what I get to eat next.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Usually working but if not, cooking up a great meal and catching up on tv at home. Or out and about catching up with a friend over drinks.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm watching Bob Ross paint on PBS right now.
