There are so many descriptions that I could give. I love heading to the ballpark to enjoy an evening with friends; completing a challenging project; the exhilaration of a hard workout/run; relaxing with a good book and a glass of wine; kicking back with a night of online and/or board games; or simply enjoying the company of others over a great meal and conversation.
Throughout most of my life I was the person who exploded the stereotype. I was the kid from Chicago who grew up in Georgia. I was the football player who went to state in extemporaneous speech. I was the fraternity brother who worked with underprivileged youth in after school activities.
Throughout all of this, I’ve striven to be a good person: to know the thoughts and feelings of those around me (often picking up on things before they’re fully aware); to lend a word of encouragement and a helping hand when the world seems like a dark, perhaps lonely place; to hold myself to the highest standard; to have fun with whatever opportunities/obstacles present themselves.
