I am a swm, 39. I would love to find my best friend. A lady where I have a connection with: spirituality, emotionaly, physically, and when we are trully in love with one another or are married sexually. SPIRTUALIY
I am a Christian who loves Jesus, the Bible, the body, the Holy Spirit, and I love to pray. The tough part of being a Christian for me is Church; but I really love the people I meet. I just wish Church was more like what is written in the book of acts.

EMOTIONAL and PERSONALITY
I am an open and honest person. I am creative, imaginative, able to express my opionion and beliefs, I love public displays of affection, have a sense of humor, am romantic, caring, am effectionate, have a wide range of interests, and I am currently enjoing the tests on this site. I have a tendency to want to lead, but when I lead I listen to others. I also know when I should let others do things when I am not good at them also. I like to organize some things, but at the same time can leave things go without worry. I like group activities and I really like just being with my partner doing something fun or relaxing.

THREE TOP WAYS I CONNECT
The first and best way for me to connect with someone is by being able to talk with her. To have a wonderful, fun, maybe flirty, intelligent conversation, about just about any thing is a big plus to me.

Second, is with open and honest non sexual touch. I like public displays of affection, and honest affection between my love interest. Hugs, kisses, an honest touch, holding hands, and things similiar.

The third way is where we would end up experiancing life together, not in a weird co dependent way, but in a positive sharing way. If its playing a board game, going shopping, watching a movie, helping one another with something, talking to one another, or hanging out with one another. The act of doing something with my love interest is a way I show my love to someone else. I never want to be the couple who feels better when the other is not around, I want us to be like peas and carrots. (Like the Forrest Gump refrence, thought it was cool. It just seems to fit in what I am saying). I want to say I want this to be a healthy and fun thing not a co dependant sort of thing.

MY INTERESTS
Here are some of my interests: I like bowling, playing board games, playing cards, watching football, talking, reading, writing, long walks, camping, biking, hiking, and I make attempts at fishing. I love spending time with my brother and sister-in-law and my nephews. To create things, going to museums, taking fun short spontanous trips, and I really appreciate Wisconsin State Parks. I like to meet new people or hang out with old friends. I love and enjoy art things; symphonies, art museum, plays, and intellicual conversations about movies, poetry, books, politics, and other topics.

I trully love those romantic things that make a woman sigh...wink. Watching a romantic movie, just you and I dancing in the living room, taking a walk, being snow bound in a cabin, camping together, and the..wink..the classic dinner. I am open to going shopping, I don't know if I should mention this or not..lol...wink. I love fun group outings, and I also really love those special one on one non-sexual moments with a female partner. I like children, hope to have some more of my own. I also love the rough and tumble things like tackle football, rough housing with my nephews, and paintball. Electronics and building bird houses are fun too.

PHYSICALLY
I will try to have a photo up soon. But I am five ten, weigh 205, have black hair, dark eyes, wear glasses, clean shaven, and I have a neat and clean appearence. I wear a nice smile. I am not GQ, not a nerd, nor am I the grease or fix it type. I as a fun gentleman, who is creative, imaginative, respectful, fun, and who know how to treat a lady.

I am enjoying writing a book and I hope it gets published some day. My job right now is not very fulfilling but I appreciate my boss and I am glad I have a job. I play sheepshead, on a bowling leauge, and I am enjoying watching football. I go to a nice church and go to a fun Bible Study on Mondays. I have a small apartment which I really like, with care and my decorating style I have made it into a place I like. Warining to any woman who just read this..its clean..but there isn't one thing that is feminine about my place. Oh except curtains and my matching bathroom.

I love to write, talk, and I like to organize activities. I am looking forward to Christmas. I love the lights, trees, ornaments, and other things. I am adaptable in a renassance sort of way. I can play paintball, do real manly grunt stuff, then go to a museum, or a symphony, and then be that sweet romantic guy..wink.

My smile, my outgoing personality, the fact I am willing to talk to anyone, and I am really honest. I also want the women in my life to notice I am a gentleman.

Food: I have been trying to eat very healthy, and I have lost fify pounds over this year. I love lasgna, spaghetti, Mexican, Italian, Some Koren Food, Spicy stuff, not a fan of meat, struggle with vegetables (still trying to figure out how to cook them have them taste like something), fruit, and I trully love pastas.

I think about everything. lol. Seriously, I have been thinking about the book I am writing. I have some concerns about my job, but that ends as soon as I punch out. Thinking about how I'm going to go back to school once I don't have to pay Child Support. I think about improving my sheepshead group. I think about how to improve my bowling league.

I also like to think about politics, the Bible, and I love intellectual conversation.

I usually am spending time with friends, writing, or doing something creative. Watching a movie or reading is my second choice.

The most private thing I'm willing to admit here. This is kind of a loaded question, but its a good one all the same. I am afraid of two things when it comes to a relationship; first I wonder sometimes if I will ever find that one woman who I will spend the rest of my life with. The second thing is I am concerned I would end up with a woman who says she likes sex, but really doesn't, then after we are married doesn't want to have it any more. I understand there will be ups and downs, but I don't want sex to be forgotten or used as a weapon so one or the other in a relationship gets what they want.

THE TYPE OF LADY I WOULD LOVE TO EMAIL ME
I am looking for my best friend; a woman who I enjoy being around, who is fun to talk to, is kind and friendly, is wise, flirty but loyal, someone who is honest, likes and wants public displays of affection, and is able to make decsions. A couple of bonuses would to be with a woman who is adaptable, artistic, spontanous, and who is smart.

DO NOT EMAIL ME IF
There are a couple of personalities that are not a good match for me: one is the person who has to be in control of every one and every thing. I do not think controlling someone is very loving, and we can't control every thing any way. I also do not expect you to be perfect, every one has faults, which includes me and you. If you are expecting me to be perfect or you want to "make" me perfect move on. I do not want to live with a perfectionist. This next trait is kind of difficult to explain, but I don't want to be with someone who worries about everything.

FINAL NOTE
I want to say I am open to different personalites and styles, open to different races, and age is usually just a number. If younger just be mature, and older, still have a zest for life.
