Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
A guy who enjoys rock music, beer, movies, and good food.

I am an engineer, and people are always surprised to hear that.

I forget lots of things, so every day is a new discovery.

I love old and unique buildings and structures.

But I tend towards punk-derived rocky stuff.

Books: I typically have too many at once, and one is probably overdue. I will be reading a novel, a science book, and some sort of random/technical/short story book.

Movies: Documentaries reminding us of how fucked we are, and how we need to be more awesome as a species. Otherwise witty comedies and some indie flicks.

Shows: too many. I'm working on brevity.

Radio: NPR shows and podcasts are critical to one's health.

Food: unbearably spicy thai, south and north indian, mediterranean, pizzapizzapizza, bread and dips, beer and cheese
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
In no meaningful order:
1. new york city water in metal bottles
2. pizza - northeast style
3, beer - belgium anyone?
4. nice glassware for the beer - see above
5. npr radio shows
6. contact lenses...because parallel parking in glasses is hard
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Everything (and nothing). I love thinking, talking, and learning.

These days: aliens and how silly we are as a species. These feelings quite often happen when driving over the Ben Franklin Bridge.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Going to a local show. Then there's always Bill Maher at 10. But no matter what I'm starting it with a beer at home
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I kind of hate those jumping pictures.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
-You're a lot like me (or different!)
-You promise to not take me to a bar that plays top 40.
-You understand literary, historical, and cultural allusions.
-You'll do science with me. I have at least three gastronomic experiments that need second party validation. And a second stomach haha.
-You're okay with sometimes being together but in separate rooms doing different things.
