My self-summary
So, I do change these every so often. So here's a new one.

I'm not especially looking to date and that's nothing personal - I'm just pretty happy with things as they are. Doesn't mean I won't but I know there are a lot more girls out there desperately searching where I'm just kind of strolling about. I'm looking more for activity partners (which is no longer a "looking for" option) basically fun people to hang out with. I'm pretty much up for everything from working out (non-running) to hiking to eating out to movies to D&D. I'm a good swing dancer and serviceable line dancer/two-stepper but I rarely get to go these days. One thing I'm not up for is pre-marital sex or going to bars to drink (shoot pool and Karaoke, sure, but not drink) - my reasons for both are more rationally based than religious but I would ask that be respected. I get far too many solicitations and I'm just not going to go for it - save yourself the effort and go look at other profiles. I'm generally a nice person who is very serious about their faith and knowledgeable on many topics (with a slight tendency towards know-it-allism - you were warned).
What I’m doing with my life
I’m really good at
Playing card games - seriously, I warn you I'm Italian and I will beat you in Rummy... unless you are also Italian, then it gets tricky.
Also I can cook.
The first things people usually notice about me
Hard to say. I'm going to guess it's the short hair.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
My all time favorite movies are: Watership Down, The Secret of Roan Inish, Veronica Guerin, The Shawshank Redemption, and The Mouse That Roared.

Books: Watership Down (kinda obvious there), surprisingly I liked "The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon". Other favorites include: Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIMH, Jane Eyre, Wurthering Heights, The Tennant of Wildfell Hall, Riders of The Purple Sage, The Seawolf and many others that I will add when I think of them. I'm really getting into Zane Grey so I imagine more of his books will appear on this list in time.

Music: What can I say I'm a Springsteen fan, also Jimmy Buffet, and The Clarks

Foods: I'm a big fan of Italian and Polish.
The six things I could never do without
God, food, Sleep, shelter, water, trees
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Various things, preferably interesting ones but occasionally mundane.
On a typical Friday night I am
Doing something... don't know what, generally I don't plan that far ahead... I guess at some point I go to sleep no matter what Friday it is.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I guess, like many other originals here, that I joined because I had a moderate addiction to tests on and was so wanting to take the new one that I was willing to join a site that I never even heard of. Oh well, live and learn.

Also I know the entire original version of the "There once was a man from Nantucket" limerick - it's clean, squeeky clean actually. I took the time one day to learn it.
You should message me if
You feel like it. I almost always respond back; I mean, afterall, you did take the time to write. I don't typically respond if you don't have a profile picture or if you are from out of country and looking for love (it's the distance thing, you know?) though I will be penpals if you are looking to learn more about the country and make friends. But do try to have more content than "Hello, how are you doing?" give me something to work with.

Or if you want to know the real words to that infamous limerick.
