I am astute, inventive, and jaunty.

My Self-Summary

I am sure what to say. I originally came on here to take the Shaun of the Dead test. Then I answered some questions to see if my friend Twitch and I would match.

I am fun, intelligent, out-going and the only heterosexual man I know who likes to shop. I love fine dining (also eating crap), movies (I'll watch anything), live music, driving around to new places, wandering down the aisles down Target and so on. I am the kind of person who pretty much has a good time doing anything. At times I am sarcastic but usually very sweet.

Though my friends and I enjoy going to museums, galleries, concerts, the movies, clubs and other random things we often find ourselves doing nothing but hanging around and talking.

I hate daylight savings. Spring is my least favorite time of the year.

Fall is my favorite season.

"Eclectic" is most overused word people use to describe themselves on this site.

I hate pretentious people.

What I’m doing with my life

I have been working quite a bit (mostly sales) and have not spent enough time working on writing and painting.

I have recently started doing some volunteer work again and I am just about to start some yoga classes. I am also about to renew my Disneyland annual pass.

Writing and illustrating stories (mostly short horror tales) that no one ever reads or sees.

When I put it in words it doesn't seem like a lot but I find myself with little free time...

I’m really good at

Taking naps, Being on time (I have never been late to work in 12 years!), making others laugh, remembering stuff...

The first things people usually notice about me

My mad scientist hair.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Books:Too may to list all but, The Fleming Bond Books, The works of Richard Matheson & H.P. Lovecraft, Ham on Rye
Also lots of comics: Any Moebius, Manara, Jodorowsky, Iron Man from the 70's and 80's Dylan Dog,
Music: Bowie, Ozzy, Sabbath, Elton John, Faith No More, Type O Negative, Budgie, Blondie, The Talking Heads, CCR, Samhain, Goblin, The Police, The Who, Queen, Duran Duran, Soundgarden, Bo Diddley, U2, Rammstein, random songs from movies I like, 80's (new wave, alternative, metal, pop)

Movies: Tron, Repo Man, The Thing, Cemetery Man, Suspiria, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Dawn of the Dead (1978) the original not that blasphemous remake!, The Star Wars films, Flash Gordon, El Topo, Shaun of the Dead, Brazil, Zombie (aka Zombi 2), Big Trouble in Little China, An American Werewolf in London, Heavy Traffic, Die Hard, The Holy Mountain, Phantasm, D.C. Cab, Marathon Man, Phantom of the Paradise, Highlander, Dune (1984), Mary Poppins, Videodrome, The Blues Brothers, Logan's Run, Caligula, Goodfellas, Lethal Weapon 2, A Clockwork Orange, Trading Places, Profondo Rosso, Hudson Hawk (F*** everybody!, this film is a classic), Gymkata, Any James Bond movie that doesn't have Daniel Craig in it!, Blue Velvet, Full Metal Jacket, The Incredibles, Santa Sangre, Top Secret!, They Live, Once Upon a Time in the West, Real Genius, Rosemary's Baby, Rocky, Conan the Barbarian, The Bride of Frankenstein, Robo Cop, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, The Shining (1980), Labyrinth, Freaks, Fright Night, Blade Runner, Zardoz and alot of other crap too! Oh and I 'll watch any 70's Italian Horror film and probably really like it.

Food: Mexican, American, fried things, various kinds of animals, walnuts, grilled vegetables and some fruits. I also have and incurable sweet tooth.

The six things I could never do without

1. Sleep/Naps
2. A Car...though it would be nice to have good public transportation
3. Pepsi
4. Popcorn
5. Free Will
6. Television+DVD Player & my DVD collection

I spend a lot of time thinking about

My place in the universe. What to eat. What to wear.

I took the "Director Who Films Your Life" Test and my result was David Lynch. Yet when you look at the Tests I have taken it has Kevin Smith as the director. Stupid false representation. If it mistakenly said David Cronenberg, John Landis, or Stanley Kubrick (from beyond the grave) I'd be cool with that. But Kevin Smith? So very lame.

Also those personality awards aren't all that. I am so not greedy and I am not less desiring of love.

I feel so much better now that Obama is our President Elect but still worry a lot about the state of our country and the world.

On a typical Friday night I am

Out doing something.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I cried at the end of Lethal Weapon 2. I also cried at an episode of Futurama. In fact, I am quite a sentimental boob.

You should message me if

You feel the urge. You want someone to eat dessert with...Oh just go ahead and send me a message, it's fun!
