My self-summary
How to sum things up? I'm working on my BA in psych, and looking for an entertaining distraction or three for engaging conversation and random debauchery.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm a full time student and hausfrau. I'm married to ebb_, whom I absolutely adore. We're both on here looking for intelligent, fun people to hang out with, sometimes even together.
I’m really good at
Playing ukulele, swing dancing, cooking, parenting (so I'm told), building furniture, and putting both feet in my mouth (figuratively).
The first things people usually notice about me
The gaping holes in my earlobes. Wait no, it's my tattoos. No, it's the confidence with which I carry myself. No no no, it's my decisiveness.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Douglas Adams, Kinky Friedman, Ray Bradbury, and the odd technical/survival manual. I've tried reading Finnegan's Wake several times, but it hurt me.

Movies: Westerns, sci-fi, political dramas, thrillers (esp. Hitchcock), and all things Lee Marvin. Nothing better than a Troma flick, though.

Music: Basically anything from left field. If most people have heard of it, I probably haven't listened to it. I'm not being elitist, I was actually raised on the fringe, and rebelled to the further reaches of the fringe. I thought every kid listened to Laurie Anderson, Spike Jones and Frank Zappa. I get goofy and nostalgic over Klaus Nomi, Devo, and Oingo Boingo; The Misfits, Squirrel Nut Zippers, Poncho Sanchez, Elvis Costello, The Stranglers, Wall Of Voodoo, The Aquabats, The Buzzcocks, Nina Hagen, Webb Wilder.

Television: Rots your brain. That said, if there is cable around I can't stop myself from watching Law and Order. I still enjoy watching the shows I grew up on. F-Troop was the best show ever. I'm lovin' me some True Blood as well.

Food: Thai, Japanese, Mexican, Mediterranean, Chinese and Italian. Ironically, my skill at cooking these cuisines is in the reverse order. Awesome pesto, lousy pad thai, though I did just find a good recipe for it.
The six things I could never do without
Ok, I've been thinking about this one again. I need oxygen, food, water and shelter, right? That means this question is only about two things I could never live without. I'm gonna go with sex and sharp objects (not usually at the same time) and consider not reading survivalblog.com before I log on here.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Sex & Death. Ya gotta have a hobby.
On a typical Friday night I am
Studying. School is hell for a social life.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I've done one of my own piercings.
I’m looking for
  • Guys and girls who like bi guys
  • Ages 30–50
  • Near me
  • For new friends, long-term dating, short-term dating, activity partners
You should message me if
You think kinky sex makes the world go round (or know the reference), adore punk rock ukulele, want to go shooting, dancing or both, and aren't afraid of rubber chickens.

...not that I have any rubber chickens. Just sayin'
