I write about time travel, enchanted muffins and epilepsy.
I work in a theatre doing publicity. This means I'm excellent at self-promotion. If you're reading my words and feel yourself falling for me quickly, now you can prevent it.
I spend a lot of my time creating new projects and experimenting with different ideas. I play music (you can hear a couple of recordings on www.goodchristiangirl.bandcamp.com), I write (currently obsessing over a novel for the past two years), and I try to surround myself with happy, refreshing personalities.
I'm a former American-person, having lived there (in homeschooled bliss) for eight years. You know how homeschoolers have a reputation for being slightly strange? I can vouch that it's not just a stereotype. But you know, it makes the world more interesting.
In some ways, I’m a complete cliché of the modern hipster, hippie, new-aged vegetarian scenester. But at least I know it, so that’s some small level of redemption. Except it's not, is it?
I genuinely enjoy meeting new people, especially when they’re passionate about life. People who go against the grain, or aren’t afraid to have a unique worldview are always a pleasure to meet.
I want to just exist in an honest and happy way, enjoying music, festivals, cafes, and random little arty events throughout the city. It’s always a pleasure to meet new people and see the world through a fresh pair of eyes.
