My self-summary
I'm a one-dimensional archetype who can easily be summed up in 160 characters or less.

Alright, that was a lie. I'm actually complex and full of apparent contradictions, possibly even interesting.

Philosophy -
Trying to not be a nihilist by claiming the purpose of life is to enjoy it (and allow others to).

Personality -
I'm usually quiet around people I don't know, but warm up quickly. Crowds stress me out.
Dry, sometimes dark humor.
I take my time weighing options and hate making decisions.

Hobbies -
I'm pretty involved in motorsports and usually compete twice per month.
I like hiking/camping, but haven't gone since moving back to Chandler in July.

Politics -
Like most people, I pretend to not belong to a political party because politicians in general suck.
That said, I lean pretty far left.
A physics professor gave us the best political advice after a class - "Vote based on what you actually know."
What I’m doing with my life
Staying fairly busy

Starting my career in a field related to what I studied. Definitely better than the past 7 years working for peanuts and going to school.

Also starting to take my motorsports "career" more seriously. I plan on competing in a few national events this year, as well as all the local events.
No, I'm not "one of those" on the road, I commute in a Prius (so I'm one of those instead).

Hoping to buy a small house before 2015 because fuck renting.
I’m really good at
Breaking stuff
Sciencing (sometime by breaking stuff)
Driving race cars (and breaking them)
Over analysing simple situations
The first things people usually notice about me
Probably not much now. To the casual observer, I'm sure I look and act pretty much like every other cog in the machine.
... Damn, there's that nihilism again.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Yeah, I've read a few. Yeah, they were "better" than the movie. No, you wouldn't be impressed with a list.

Movies: I can't get enough documentaries and have a soft spot for cheesy 80s movies (probably because of the music).

Shows: I enjoyed How I Met Your Mother. Probably watched too much Star Trek (TNG) for any girl to find attractive. I love the YouTube channels like Crash Course, SciShow and Minute Earth.

Music: I like most of it. EDM is somewhat of a guilty pleasure (no, I'm not a good dancer).

Food: Mexican, Japanese (especially sushi), sandwiches, Marie Calender's microwaveable pot pies (bachelor life).
The six things I could never do without
Most of the stuff in Maslow's hierarchy
That's at least six, right?
I spend a lot of time thinking about
What I want to do with my life
How things work
On a typical Friday night I am
Probably looking for something to do. Immediately after work, I often get sushi with my friend, then we try to find something else worth doing.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm actually from Gliese 667C c.
