I dance. I founded and run my own event, teach workshops and
classes, perform all over the place, and, travel the world to
attend dance exchanges, and go out social dancing whenever I get
the chance. Blues, waltz, swing, salsa, tango, Irish ceilidh, and
just about anything I can groove my body to.
My dinner parties are epic. I've served every dish, including
drinks, on fire. We had flaming glogg, brandy-fired mac'n'cheese,
spinach salad flambé, steak au poivre with a cognac sauce, and
fresh fruit with sugar torched on, served over ice cream, and lit
with rum. Any other ideas for future themed dinners?
Also, two pounds of pork belly managed to make it into several of
the dishes. Minus constant bacon snacking during cooking.
Also, I acquired a few calligraphy nibs, pots of ink, fancy paper,
and sealing wax while in Cambridge. Caution! You may end up the
recipient of a fancy letter covered in ink blotches and smears as I
practice my calligraphy and wax stamping skills.
