My self-summary
A few random things about me:

Spent a good chunk of my youth in London, developed a British accent before losing it; a little on the East Coast/South and have been living in L.A since 1990.

I enjoy the little things of life; random spontaneous things; enjoying sporting events with buddies; building meaningful relationships with people and just having a great time. Photography, backpacking, camping

Traveler, entrepreneur at heart working on building my business; approachable, down to earth; adventurous; driven; witty; outgoing; genuine; between the eyes; funny; responsible; a little sarcastic at times...

I tend to reference incidents in Seinfeld to real life events a lot.

My friends - they mean a ton to me. always important to have a strong group of people you can confide in and share life with.
What I’m doing with my life
My faith in Jesus is most important to me. I try to shape my life after His. Not easy on my own strength! But He's pretty awesome! Other than things that pertain to faith, I try not to take myself seriously...b/c after all, like they say, no one else does ;)

I'm self employed, started my business back in grad school and so growing my business is what I do. I LOVE every minute of it b/c I get to set my hours, meet interesting people, and get to schedule my hours.
I’m really good at
being self-employed. Goal is to grow my business more and more. It lends to good conversations and the satisfaction that I've helped someone learn a life skill.

Parallel parking.

Opening doors and holding umbrellas :)

Being myself. Does that count?

I'm a competitor, especially in sports. That spawned my love for coaching. I had the opportunity to coach college basketball and do something I was passionate about while also pouring into the lives of young men. I still keep in touch with some of my former players. Maybe one day I'll return to the game.

And oh, I could quote Dumb and Dumber and Waterboy all day. Throw in some Coming to America, Trading Places and some old school Eddie Murphy.
The first things people usually notice about me
There are a lot of firsts here:

I've heard eyelashes before.
Positive personality/outgoing
That I love babies...somehow that made the list.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Bible, Case for Christ, religious readings; Francis Chan, David Platt, Shakespeare, Milton...

Movies: way too many to list: Lord of the Rings, Back to the Future, action, war movies...

Music: Contemporary Christian, country, soft punk, Queen, Europe, Christian Rap (bonus points if you do too), Relient K whatever sounds good...

Not much of a TV watcher but when I do it's usually espn or sports related.

Food: I pretty much eat anything...and somehow still end up being in shape. idk how
The six things I could never do without
-Jesus/God's grace
-having a job
I spend a lot of time thinking about
My relationship with Jesus
Why OKC asks some stupid questions
My dad, may the Lord rest his soul.
On a typical Friday night I am
Well, it all depends on that day. I may be working late; winding down from a long week; or just hanging out with some friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I once nodded "what's up?" to a blind lady I knew. Fail.

I once asked a guy with dentures if he happened to have some toothpaste I could use. True story

I used to have a really good (and real) British accent. Now it's just a fake one :(
