My Self-Summary

27 years old. Born, raised, and completed my undergraduate degree in LA (Go BRUINS!), moved to Sin City (Vegas) where I was an Academic Advisor for Nevada State College as well as a piano teacher, and now exploring the Bay Area, San Jose in particular, while pursuing a Masters in Sociology at San Jose State! Whoa! That was a whole lot of answers to formal questions...(blah blah blah) hehehe

hmm what else....ok I got it, here's a glimpse to my self-reflection side LOL....

I'm in a constant love-filled journey through life redefining possibilities, goals, and aspirations. Along the way, I've picked up invaluable people, experiences, and even minor set backs that have propelled me forward and helped me move onward.

Yah, ok it's a summary not a novel..moving on :D

What I’m doing with my life

Sociology graduate student at San Jose State. It's my first year and I am definitely kicking ass! Straight A's is the plan so that I can get into strong doctoral programs with some amazing sexuality scholars at places like Rutgers, Univ of Chicago, Berkeley, or at my Alma Matter UCLA.

In between studying, I'm exploring what the Bay has to offer, on facebook, eating out, hanging out with friends, clubbing, dancing, singing, and playing the piano :)

I’m really good at

Listening, giving advice, making you smile and/or laugh, having fun wherever I go, and being a musician/artist (music is the window to my soul) hahah corny!! oh yeah, that too..i'm good at being corny haha.

My healthy ego =p, personality, smile, and if we're at the club, my dancing (thank you vegas).

On a typical Friday night I am

If I'm out, I would be at a club or a friends place hanging out. If I'm not out, at home watching a movie or DVR. If I'm procrastinating LOL or need to get ahead, I would be a starbucks studying.

*side note* This is typical of my life, it's always good to have options :D

Outside of the piano and singing, I also play the accordion. I don't, however, play polka dammit =P I play jazz accordion :D
