Hello world of internet, I've been living in Melbourne for 8 years or so after moving over from Adelaide. I came here for career reasons but how can you not just love this city regardless? I play music for a living which baffles me that I still get away with it. The music industry has been very good to me and consequently included a lot of travel that has taken me away from this fine place. These days I'm a little more stationary by choice and loving it. I'm into the good stuff..live gigs, eating out, good wine...blah blah. I know you've heard it all before!
Say hi...maybe we'll see a good band...drink a nice gin...have a laugh.

Trying to write this profile without feeling like a douche...even writing that made me cringe!

Wow...where do I start, if I had to pick one thing, it would be being humble..I really do believe I am one of the greats when it comes to this.

I use to get asked about a particular scar on my neck which is still there but faded somewhat...loved making up great stories.

Will have to limit myself with the music choices..Bowie, Kate Bush, The Sundays, The Smiths, The Band, Gram Parsons, Al Green, Cat Power, Emmylou Harris, Flaming Lips, Cocteau Twins, George Harrison, Ryan Adams...I'm stopping..

Currently reading Peter Carey's Illywhacker, have also decided to give James Ellroy a go...why not? Also hard to go past a Steinbeck classic.

Don't watch much network tv but do the series thing: 30 Rock, Portlandia, CK Louis, Curb, Sopranos, Madmen, Parks and Rec....stopping again..

More than likely playing a gig.
