I'm arrogant, selfish, narcissistic, I have literally no sense of
humour, and I like to sautee baby cats in hot oil, which is part of
my business plan to start up a fast food franchise; Unlucky Fried
John Lennon once said "we're all Christ inside and we're all Hitler
inside, the idea is to work on the good part of you" He wasn't
specific on which was which but I'm gathering he meant Jesus, so
I'm currently conducting experiments in how to turn water into
wine. Fairly sure that will attract the right sort of girl :P
What I’m doing with my life
I'm teaching English to poor unsuspecting Spanish students in Barcelona. My mission is to spawn an entire generation of Spaniards who speak English with scouse accents... A worthwhile cause up there with anti-fracking and earth conservationism I'm sure you'll agree.
I’m really good at
I love writing, so hopefully I'm pretty good at that. I also like video editing, and I think I'm better than average at that. As a person I'm very diplomatic and empathetic, well so says myers-briggs anyway.
The first things people usually notice about me
Now I'm in Spain that I'm English. They can spot it a mile off,
which makes walking down las ramblas a huge pain in the rectum.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: I don't read as often as I should or I'd like but my
favourite writers are Haruki Murakami, Will Self, Roald Dahl, Ian
Banks, Clive Barker and Oscar Wilde... an eclectic bunch I'm sure
you'll agree :-)
Movies: I love horror films and love stories (not to be confused
Shows: sitcoms, comedy panel shows, great drama (eg. Breaking
Bad or Afterlife), satire. Don't care for reality tv shows bar come
dine with me, the apprentice or coach trip and even then I can take
'em or leave 'em
Music: I'm kinda stuck in a mid 90s - 2005 timewarp, although still
love hip hop, rock and roll, soul, ska, punk, dance, ambient
indie... pretty much everything bar country & western and
generic chart music.
Food: I like Spanish, Italian, Indian, Chinese and Caribbean
dishes. I just like spicy, tasty food and will try anything so long
as it doesn't feature on a reality tv show as a task :-P
The six things I could never do without
Family, Friends... that's all I need really.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Life, the Universe and Everything.
On a typical Friday night I am
Depends, might be working, might be out in bar having a drink, may
be watching a comedian, could be sitting in the house twiddling me
thumbs or doing something else like watching a film or reading a
book... I wouldn't say my Friday nights are THAT predictable.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I don't own a TV (not really private, but I understand some folk
think it a tad odd).
You should message me if
You think we'd get on.
