My Self-Summary

I'm freshly single and new to the area, mostly looking for friends. I really like keeping busy but I've been kind of going nuts lately since I just moved here and I don't know anybody to hang out with or anyplace to hang out. I'm excited to snowboard this winter and I really like roller skating, going to shows, homebrewing, meeting interesting people and a bunch of other things.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

I used to read a lot of Martin Amis, Anthony Burgess and Tolkein. Just started reading a bunch of Irvine Welsh which I've been enjoying. I like Cronenberg films quite a bit as well as documentaries and cult classics. For music, my ipod has Waylon Jennings, Frank Zappa, the Violent Femmes and a whole bunch of other stuff that would never blend well on a mix tape together. I <3 sushi. I worked as a baker for a long time so I'm kind of a pastry snob.
