My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
My sense of humor wanders from the sarcastic to the absurd, and it's not unusual for people around me to be spewing milk from their noses.

I figure it's only fair to warn you up front that I come from a fairly odd family. Parasailing and hangliding in parks is the norm and dragging behind a truck on toboggans searching for a Christmas tree is a time honored family tradition. My parents met on a drop-zone, and although I've no interest in skydiving myself, it kind of explains my upbringing.

Despite this, or perhaps because of it, I'm really good at new situations. It doesn't matter if your friends are tie wearing lawyers or leather clad bikers, there's a good chance I'll fit in within minutes, and I'm as comfortable at a symphony as on a sports field.

I've never been interested in watching sports, and prefer to play. I recently finished a program called Body-For-Life, and it's given me a whole new perspective on fitness. While I'll never be a gym-nut, fitness has recently become significantly more important to me. That being said, I've also a deep appreciation for the simple things in life, like a well cooked meal (oh yeah, I can cook) or a simple night in.

I love the Edmonton music scene despite having no talent myself. But fate made up for denying me musical talent by allowing me to dabble in pretty much everything else. Like Leonardo DaVinci, I am fascinated by everything.

My life revolves around stories. Movies, songs, books, or just the ones you hear in passing. I love to tell my own stories and I love to hear other peoples. Everyone I meet has a lifetime of stories I want to hear. I've a few really good ones of my own, but if you want to hear them, you'll have to write back

I am unique, unusual, and honorable
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I luckily found a job that allows me to invent things all day, so I'm doing that for a bit!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I'm good with my hands. I like to fix things and make things. I sculpt in stone, metal and wood, I draw, write fiction, paint, invent, and have so many other interests and hobbies I can't really list them all. I however have NO talent for music. Which is sad for me. But I don't sing in public...which is happy for everyone else. (yes, I'm THAT bad)

I'm a little odd? And I REALLY like to talk to people!

(A) Anything by Terry Pratchett or Neil Gaiman.

(B) I see so many and love them so much it's impossible for me to narrow it down? I've got a soft spot for coming of age movies like "Empire Records" and formulaic sports comedies...they're terrible, but I love them.

(c) I love independent Edmonton stuff and support it whenever I can. I like Canadian folk, Old Rock, African and tribal music, old jazz, and pretty much anything save whiny country and overly-angry rap.

(d) I used to be pretty picky, but I've expanded my palete quite a bit recently.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1)The ability to dream. 2)The skills to turn those dreams to reality. 3)Good friends to support and to love me. 4)A continual stream of interesting stories to learn. 5)The simple pleasures of life, the caress of a hand, the soft touch of the wind 6) Peanut Butter. Well...cause it's awesome?
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Virtually EVERYTHING.

I'm one of those people that am continuously lost in one thought or another... usually unrelated to what I'm doing at the time.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Hopefully out, spending time with interesting people and doing interesting things?
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm not willing to admit ANYTHING here. But in person, I'm pretty much an open book.
