I grew up in the East Bay. Just moved back for a summer job in Silicon Valley and am pretty jazzed about it. Particularly happy about putting in some face time with my old dog, who is miraculously still alive.

Otherwise, I am pretty simple. I like trying new food, travel as much as I can, strive for professional success, enjoy running, and am an avid appreciator of the arts. Also currently trying to learn Mandarin because I will be spending a few months in Shanghai in the fall.

I recently became addicted to Game of Thrones. I find it incredibly geeky. I guess it's like Harry Potter with sex and violence, but I'm into it. Otherwise, Arrested Development and Breaking Bad are my favorite shows. I also think Larry David is amazing. I love any food with fresh vegetables (we'll call it California cuisine). I studied literature during my undergraduate so the list of books is endless. I love music more than most people, but my tastes and preferences are constantly evolving.

One of my friends writes for Cosmo Magazine. I've been quoted as one of the advice-giving guys in the magazine on several occasions. Pretty funny, right?
