What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Just moved back to Virginia after spending about two years in Texas. So basically, just catching up with friends and job hunting.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Cooking, working with my hands, reading, humor (usually inappropriate) making movie references, knowing more than most people about Star Wars, and much more (inquire within)
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My eyes, my typically geeky t-shirts, or my (apparently unacceptable in these parts) steelers apparel
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Seriously?! How do you choose, even a list, of any of these categories...

Fine, books: the kingshield legacy, a band of demons, the last praetorian, hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy, sick, out of time, world war z, the starfist series and most of the Star Wars books that've been written.

Movies: Ted, the nightmare on elm street (original), fifth element, the meaning of life, trading places, ghostbusters, Jurassic park, Halloween (both), house of a thousand corpses, Star Wars, talladega nights, anchorman, pretty much all superhero movies (exception the hulk), zombieland, most of Romero's movies, the life of Brian, super troopers, the goods, forgetting Sarah Marshall, I love you man, karate kid, the lost boys, the invention of lying....

Television: jeopardy, how I met your mother, criminal minds, the Ricky Gervais show, the Colbert report, the daily show, real time with bill maher, weeds, psyche, battleship galactica, Robin Hood (bbc), the it crowd, adventure time.

Food: the spicier the better. Honestly pretty much anything except sushi, I know many people love the stuff, it's just not for me.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1) My family
2) My iPhone (it has my contacts, the Internet and more importantly all of my books)
3) The Star Wars trilogy (if you have to ask which one, chances are you're entirely too young for me)
4) Video games (they've been a part of my life as long as I can remember. Not changing any time soon!)
5) Intelligent conversation (differing opinions very much welcome, I love a good debate)
6) Adventure (large or small, finding a new cliff to jump, getting a new tattoo, trying some random hole in the wall restaurant)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The universe, books, politics, what I would do if there was a zombie apocalypse... living in a city this size makes it a scary prospect
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Most likely, out with friends, either at a bar, downtown, at the movies or at a fire
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm not really a private person, ask and I'll tell you.

You feel like it. You actually know how to hold a conversation. You have something more interesting to say than I love music or I'm a lot of fun. Of course you like music, everyone likes music. Oh, you're fun, what an amazing thing, you wouldn't believe the amount of people that tell me they're boring, dull and genuinely lame.
