Just I work to live and not live to work (although I do really enjoy and am pretty successful in my career), I stay active and try to eat right on my own so that I can indulge when I go out. My body is both a temple and a trash can. Balance.

My passport has stamps from six of the seven continents, and Antarctica is NOT my final frontier! My "white whale" travel experience, however, is to leisurely drive across this country, ideally with as little time on interstates as possible.
