My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
First off, it's probably best to acknowledge that I'm not everyone's artisanal, locally sourced, sustainable cup of tea. That I get, but for those who are keen to pick up what I'm puttin' down, it'll be a good time.

Well, what is there to say? I suppose I could say I'm better in person, monologues aren't my strongest point. I'm pretty down to earth but that doesn't mean I can't be a complete goofball...especially after holding it in all day (people don't really appreciate it as much when I'm telling them they need a new transmission).

My interests are widely varied, I have a degree in biology, a minor in photography, and I work as a mechanic. I can talk about anything inbetween or outside those realms. I enjoy learning new things, so I can hold a decent conversation about most subjects. At the least I actually listen and pick up something new. What is it that you'd like to talk about? Ok, I'm interested. Actually, I'm really a pretty big nerd about some things...but a cool one. That's me a cool nerd.

Also, I mostly get around by motorcycle so if that's a deal breaker, well there it is. Driving a car around here is very trying, to say the least.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
At the moment, getting my own motorcycle repair service going. Making other people money has sort of lost it's charm (unbelievable, right?).
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Raising up my two little good citizens ( Yup, I have kids...2 awesome ones). Although, to be honest this would not be a huge factor in dating until some time in the future, I'm incredibly selective about who comes into their lives ( Also, they live on Long Island).

Aside from that, conducting electricity, apparently.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Recently, that I'm a 'really normal human guy' was meant as a compliment.

Then I have to ask, who the hell have people been meeting around here?

I always dread filling this section out, the concept of 'favorites' is hard for me to pin down. This is the section people usually pose pretty hard if they've got nothing else going for them.

Let's see..

Television- I'll always say the Simpsons, though I haven't actually watched an episode in forever. Walking dead, Louie, Mythbusters, Pawn stars (I know),Top Gear. To be honest most of the time my tv is on for the background noise

Movies- Shaun of the dead, Hot fuzz, just going to go ahead and say various zombie/action-horror movies. The Departed, Catch me if you can, Star Wars (had to hide that in here), Oldboy, The man from nowhere, District 9, Being John Malkovich, Little miss sunshine, 40 year old virgin, Anchorman, Old school, Dazed and Confused, Gangs of New York, Hot tub time machine, Youth in revolt, Monty Python, Snatch, Lock stock..., Goodfellas, Casino, Better off dead, Polyester, Caddyshack,....others I've probably forgotten.

Music- Really varied... most recently have been listening to Steve Aoki, Kid Cudi, Maverick Sabre, Bloody Beatroots, Marathon, Yeah yeah yeahs and Turbonegro. I grew up on loud screamy punk and hardcore, added some more interests along the way, definitely the Clash, the Damned, Vice Squad, Fang, Agent Orange, Adolescents, Kill your idols, Nekromantix, Meteors, Krewmen, Phenomonauts, but then I'll also enjoy dubstep, so kind of a mixed bag really.

I secretly love hair metal karaoke though!

Books- I'll have to admit I'm weak at this...not that I don't read, I do, constantly. It's all mostly technical, mechanical, or functional. I still have all my textbooks, and yes I still read them. Currently reading Beyond Einstein.

Food- Couldn't tell my favorite, I'm still searching. I will say I'm never not in the mood for pho however.

To be honest, I usually skip reading this section. As long as you're cool none of this really matters much. Let us just say I like a good many things, finding common ground should be easy!
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My life has taught me there isn't much I can't do without.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Lately, different features of deep space.
Also, what, exactly, is a cooking show audience suppposed to be cheering for?
The most private thing I’m willing to admit

You're not looking for Don Draper, he was an alcoholic womanizer anyway. You'd rather spend time around someone who's fun, a little rough around the edges, and his Ma raised him right.
