I spend a lot of the time in the gym keeping in shape.As mentioned i am a karate fanatic and i have a 1st degree black belt in shotokan karate.I regularly compete internationally and my best result to date is 2nd place my organisations world championships in Tokyo,Japan.I luuuurve going out with friends for meals and going to the cinema .In the process of writing a book,(who isnt)and after that im doing fuck all with my life.
