My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm busy and enjoying my my life. I've always been a little passionate and positive in my approach. My most important principles are honesty, accountability, respect for others and yourself and being a man by meeting your obligations.

I can be a little indulgent at times (spontaneous road trips come to mind), but I keep my perspective. After all, you have to make a good living and care for the people you love. To me, that's the measure of a man.

I have traveled and lived abroad extensively. I'm educated and love to learn new things. Life would be a bore if you weren't surprised by something or someone new every day.

Finding humor in most things is very important to me. I like a woman who isn't afraid to show her goofy side. I promise i'll laugh at all your stupid jokes.

I can't stand to stay in the house when the sun is shining but i'll take care of what needs taking care of before heading out.

The Fall is my favorite season. The bright reds, yellows, oranges and purples of this part of the country still leave me
awed. I have good memories of my kids and dog playing in piles of leaves, my dog's tail cutting through them like a shark through kids laughing and trying to catch her.

Am I crazy because I look forward to blizzards in DC? Sorry but I just turn into a goofball when the snow piles up. Every year I build a bigger igloo than the last. I'll stay out all day shoveling and digging until the icicles form on my eyebrows. I will try to get you out there with me but I won't be upset if you retreat into the house. There's also something special about the complete silence in my neighborhood after a massive snowfall and the amazing site of white covering everything, like a whipped cream junkie going berserk.

I guess you could say i'm into simple pleasures. It's what kids do to you. They make the seemingly mundane parts of life come back to life.

I'm very much into fitness. I hit the gym regularly with my buddies and I enjoy working out. I get into the power of transformation that you can create with discipline and hard work. I eat healthy food and live an active healthy lifestyle. I've always looked younger than my age. It used to be bother me earlier in my career but now it's a blessing. Thanks mom.

I don't like to dwell on negatives and prefer to see setbacks as learning experiences. Overall, I have a very positive outlook on life.

I've been separated for over two years and I'm a very involved dad. My ex and I are on good terms. It's just that we realized that roommates do not make a marriage. I'm looking forward to moving on with my life, hopefully with a fun, good hearted and emotionally mature woman.
