I am intelligent, fierce, and an All-American Geek.

My Self-Summary

Greetings, salut, hola, guten tag, hello! I'm just a girl looking for someone to make a connection with (oh, the cliche!). I'm a born writer at heart (it's all I ever want to do), but I'm a total extrovert despite any possible stereotype. I love hanging out with people and participating in every sort of geek activity. I'm really passionate, and therefore compassionate, but I'm also very honest. I'm very opinionated and believe very strongly in my opinions, but I really enjoy a friendly debate or just discussing different views. I may seem young as I'm going into my senior year of high school, but I'm confident in my maturity - I grew up the youngest of my entire family (my only brother alone is nine years older than me), and most of my friends are university students because I'm as comfortable with older peers as my younger ones (though I should note that in the way of a relationship, a partner between the ages of 18 and 20 would work the best for me at the moment). It's true I'm kind of high maintenance and "girly" nowadays, a far cry from the extreme tomboy-ism of my past, but my personality is very eclectic and I still rough house with my guy friends every once in a while. I love to laugh and talk, but I'm happy just enjoying the company of people I adore, as well - no matter the activity.
I forgive a lot easier than I should, which can be a negative considering I'm trying to be civil and act as amicable as ever when the other person may still be holding a grudge.

I'm looking for someone who's interested in a relationship, of either gender. I'm very compassionate, but I don't tend to smother, ha. I really enjoy intelligent people or just people with a genuinely great and open personality. I really appreciate and am drawn toward people with confidence or strong opinions, but I've had satisfying experiences with quiet, sweet partners as well. I'm not really looking for casual dating or a fling, but an actual relationship. To be honest, however, when it comes to significant others I don't enjoy completely submissive or shy partners. I like others who are already confident in themselves or willing to explore. I'm perfectly capable of standing up for myself, but I feel it really shows they care when my partner takes care of me as well. I'm not saying, "FIGHT FOR MY HONOR", but I'm looking for more than someone who wants a no-frills, no-effort girlfriend. I pull out all the stops for everyone in my life I care about. Sick at home at 4:00 am? I'll be there in twenty with extra meds, blankets, and homemade soup. Insulted honor? I'll be there in ten and the gloves are coming off. I like to get a tiny bit of effort in return in a committed relationship.

I don't discriminate between body types (I'm no hypocrite, haha), but I love people who take care of themselves, no matter their size. I know I'm "full figured" but I compete in two varsity sports a year and keep active in my job over the summer. This doesn't mean I expect you to be an all-star athlete or a habitual 10-mile-a-morning runner (-shiver-, running...), but taking care of yourself and being aware of both your appearance and body is both big for me in life and relationships. Being confident about both your personality and body is important, I believe.

What I’m doing with my life

I'm going into my senior year of high school and missing all my friends who have scattered to the four winds with the start of college classes. I'm working through piles of college applications - I look forward to studying creative writing and journalism with possible minors in marketing and sociology. I play two varsity sports a year (just water polo this year because of my increased focus on preparing for a career and university), this is my seventh year of playing the viola, I'm an award winning journalist for my school newspaper, I consistently volunteer for technical crew for my school's internationally renowned musical program (I was never the ballerina, but I have a great love for the arts), and this year I'm dual enrolling by taking some college writing courses to add some more academics to my senior year (I know, I'm a nerd <3 ).
During the summer I work as a live-in lifeguard/swim teacher for a non-profit summer camp for under privileged kids.

I’m really good at

writing, water polo, flirting, technology, as well as various little tidbits.

The first things people usually notice about me

My body (I'm an athlete with curves - love it or leave it), my personality (I'll let you know right away who I am and what I think - but I'm warm as sugar, so no worries <3 ), and then my intellect (I can throw words at you your English professors don't even know, but I love just chatting too).

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

I love so many books - everything from timeless classics to trashy little guilty pleasures. The same goes for movies; I'm a big movie junkie, but I'm a little elitist. I love action/sci-fi movies as well as well-made films in general. I love all sorts of music (everything from musicals to metal), except I'm not a huge fan of rap. However, I can get into the right song of it. I adore food in general, haha. I love everything from calamari and caviar to buttery, cheesy grilled ham sandwiches at home.

The six things I could never do without

-Men
-Women
-The English language
-Internet
-My best friend, Dill
-Fine foods

I spend a lot of time thinking about

life, society, my characters, stories, sex, and my future. I'm sure kittens get thrown in there somewhere, too.

On a typical Friday night I am

Hanging out with my gang, looking for a party, relaxing at home with my laptop and a good desert, or out chilling in a coffee house until late.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

Goodness, I'm such an open book. Ask and you shall receive.

However, I will mention that I do have quite the few kinks. I'm not a scat fan or anything, and I'd like to think I'm no freak, but let's just say I'm quite eclectic. I think sex, an essential part of any human's life, should be fully experienced between two emotionally committed adults in many ways. Some of those ways just happen to involve rope.

You should message me if

You're interested by my profile and think you can handle dealing with it all, ha. I may not return the attraction, but I'm always flattered (if you're polite and can actually speak the English language with any small manner of finesse, of course - this means 'hey how r u' won't cut it, kids).
