I am human (at least I've never been presented with convincing evidence to the contrary.)

I tend to think that is amazing (insofar as I stop to think about it.)

I believe in action (as opposed to talk, planning, and/or posturing.)

I love to talk (I am aware this may or may not seem contradictory.)

I like people (as a whole, I don't really like everyone I meet... I'm not a saint.)

I love movement (I'm also not positive I don't just hate stillness.)

I love puppies and honey (although I don't think they go very well together.)

I promise I don't speak in strange single sentences full of parentheticals (I only write this way.)

I am a Modern Dancer/Personal Trainer/Highland Games Athlete/Comic Book Geek. I like kilts, beards, purple, tye-dye, fantasy, super heroes, mountains, and quality coffee.

I am in a marvelously happy open relationship with the woman of my dreams. I am currently looking for new friends and things to do in the bay. I am also looking for men who would be interested in a casual relationship.

I graduated with my BFA in modern dance from the University of Utah almost two years ago. My wonderful girlfriend and just moved to the Bay Area. A large part of my motivation for moving was the fact that I would like to pursue a performance career.

This past year I also discovered Highland Games Athletics which has been a amazing. I'm currently in off season training for the games and hope to be competing a whole bunch this coming season (May - September/October)

I have no idea (unless I just got done with class or rehearsal, at which point I look noticeably homeless.) I think most people are a little confused by the clash of geek, redneck, hippie, and dancer.

(a) Lord of the Rings, Dune, Shogun, The Wheel of Time Series, The Dark Tower Series, World War Z, American Gods, House of Leaves, One Flew Over the Cucoo's Nest, On the Road, The Name of the Wind, Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test, and about a thousand others. In general I'm a sucker for sci-fi, fantasy, philosophy, and the un-apologetically bizarre.

(b) Lord of the Rings, Avengers, Sin City, Pirates of the Carribean, Across the Universe, Garden State, Pan's Labyrinth.

(c) Music: almost everything, I love music. Pink Floyd, Kan'Nal, Jimmy Hendrix, Led Zepplin, Sphongle, Johnny Cash, Dresden Dolls, Bruce Springsteen, The Eagles, The Who, The Grateful Dead, Joanna Newsom, The Books. I like, Metal, Classic Rock, Old Country, Psychedelic Rock, House, Trance, Jazz, Latin, African, Celtic, Folk, and just about everything else. I dislike most mainstream hip-hop, but there's some amazing underground hip-hop that I love (Sage Francis and Greaves).

(d) I love to cook! I don't eat any grains or processed sugar so meat and vegetables are the beginning and the end of my diet...
