My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I love food, all kinds. Chicken wings, tacos, bags of chips, but also fancy cooking with long French names and wine parings. I'm a little bit of a nerd with food and cocktails. Favorite place to sit in any restaurant is the bar.

Also am very interested in art, music and cinema. My tastes are fairly particular but I try to be open-minded and curious and I love intense conversations about this stuff.

Full disclosure: I'm a cat lady. I just have one but she is pretty darned cute if you don't hate cats. (Please don't message me if you hate cats. It's definitely not gonna work out.) I also love dogs, I try to have a conversation with every one I meet.

Generally I know who I am and what I want. I want there always to be spontaneity in my life, especially regarding travel and new experiences. I want to constantly be open to adventures. But having a vision in life with its attendant challenges and projects and goals round it all out.
Ultimately I am looking to meet someone with whom it might be fun and fulfilling to be in a long-term relationship with.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Right now I run a tiny business... A shop.

At night I work part time at a fancy restaurant.

I try to fill all the moments in between with fun.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Making coffee, answering trivia questions, calculating split checks, carrying a tune, making my way around new cities.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
- food-related non-fiction (Heat by Bill Buford, Blood Bones & Butter, Anthony Bourdain books even though they all seem the same... they're all still pretty funny)
- Hemingway, Nabokov, His Dark Materials trilogy
- Wim Wenders, Rainer Werner Fassbinder, Pedro Almodovar (favorite)
- 40 Yr Old Virgin/Bridesmaids/Broad City (not a movie but now we talking comedy)
- anything at the theater in 3D!
- Neil Young, Wire, Television, Kleenex/Liliput, Chuck Berry, John Fahey
- lately: Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Mac DeMarco, Sylvan Esso
- 90's hip hop
- all foods besides lettuce not in sandwiches and too much raw onion.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My best pals- local and far away simpaticos, for scheming and witty banter.

My passport.

Some type of footwear (sometimes... Orthopedic?)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Eating ice cream, going swimming, taking long drives, how to be an even
better boss bitch (a la Girlboss), whether I can pimp my cat out for her share of the rent/maintenance money by teaching her some circus tricks, etc.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
If there's something particularly fun, I'm down. But I think all nights off are fair game for fun so there is no typical Friday night. I love to camp out on the couch with frozen pizzas and weird movies, but I also love to go dancing.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You were the funniest person in your class, and you won't ever ask me where I'm from. And if you definitely want to get a beer some time.
