After 18 years as a gypsy I am happily back in my hometown and loving it. My travels included SF, Oaxaca, Mexico, Manhattan, Europe, and Russia. As an artist I like all things cultural, especially the movies, jazz , classical, and classic rock. Grew up with an opera singer (mom)and a saxman (brother)so music was always in the house. Have a BA in History from UCLA, an MA in Psychology, and love to read. Love to eat good food and make it, love to be outdoors hiking, and love silence.
I've learned lots of lessons in life and am tolerant, optomisitic, and flexible in relationships. Want to be with someone who is happy with himself and his life, values laughter and laughing together, and who enjoys the challenge of communication.

What I’m doing with my life

I am enjoying exploring LA all over again; Hiking in the hills, appreciating all the beautiful new trees in the city and the fact that I can walk to most places I need to go. Still trying to find some place where I can do some volunteering, preferably in a museum. I walk my dog. Clean my house. read. eat. watch a little TV. read. go to the movies. Visit with my son and his wife.

Making things with my hands. Am a painter and also love to make collages with paper and wood. Cooking. Calligraphy(professional). Knitting. Interior design. Sewing. Writing.
